How does it work?
Solar panels produce electricity when sunlight strikes photovoltaic cells on a panel’s thin silicon surface. Usually mounted on roofs to maximize space and exposure to the sun, there are two ways to use the energy your panels produce:

When you produce more power than your business requires, your excess electricity flows into the local grid, turning your electric-meter backwards to earn you credits. When you need additional power, you draw power back from the grid, turning your electric meter forward and utilizing your credits.
